Getting here
From Heathrow Airport
Heathrow is linked to the Piccadilly line (dark blue!) on the London Underground. Taking the tube from Heathrow to South Kensington station (also on the Piccadilly line) is the simplest way to get here from the airport. You can plan your journey on the Transport for London website. There are also buses from the airport into central London.
From Gatwick Airport
A regular and frequent over ground train service runs from Gatwick to Victoria station in London, taking approximately 30–35 minutes. From Victoria you can catch an Underground train to South Kensington station. You can plan your journey on the Transport for London website. Alternatively, Flightline coaches depart hourly during the day from Gatwick to Victoria coach station, taking approximately 70–75 minutes.
By road
You can reach Wilkinson with a car by following directions to Imperial College and then turning off Exhibition road onto Prince’s Gardens. There is very limited parking available in front of the hall, so parking will be limited to 20 minutes before you will be asked to relocate to Imperial College parking (5-10 minute walk away). You are encouraged to seek alternative forms of travel if at all possible!
By rail
The closest Underground station is South Kensington station on the Piccadilly (dark blue), Circle (yellow) and District (green) lines. Wilkinson hall is approximately 10-15 minute walk from the station. Once exiting the barriers inside the station, follow signs for Imperial College through the tunnel walkway to get to the hall.
