You need to register with:
- Imperial College through the Student e-Service
- Wilkinson Hall through eWilkinson
- A local doctor
Registering with Imperial College
After accepting an offer to stay here in Wilkinson Hall, you will then have to pay a deposit to the Accommodation Service, complete on-line registration and upload a photo.
We suggest you complete the registration and upload a good photo of high quality as soon as possible. The photo will be used for your College Card. If you fail to upload a photo on time, the card won’t be printed in time for the move-in day and you will have to get one – taking all necessary paperwork with you – through the Security office. The queue at the start of term is always very long, avoid it by registering ASAP!
Registering with Wilkinson Hall
After accepting your offer you will be able to register with the hall through our online system, eWilkinson. This system will only become active after the deadline for acceptance of accommodation passes.
You must complete the eWilkinson registration before you get your keys and move in to Wilkinson Hall. The registration process will include updating your Emergency Contact Information and accepting the Hall Rules.
In order to register on eWilkinson you will need:
- Your College Username and Password
- Your College ID Number (CID Number)
- A headshot photo (similar/the same as your College ID card photo)
You must print out and bring your eWilkinson Information Card with you on move-in day!
Registering with a Health Service
We strongly recommend that you register with a local GP as soon as possible after you arrive in halls – don’t wait until you’re unwell. You can learn more about the closest GP to your hall on our Doctor and Dentists website. For Wilkinson Hall, we suggest that you register at Imperial College Health Centre, which is located two minutes away on Prince’s Gardens under Southside Halls. If you’re already based in London, you may wish to remain with your current GP.
